Shipping policy

Pre-order information:

Pre-order items are made especially for each release. Please allow approximately 5 to 7 weeks for production and preparation before your order is dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to production, transport, holidays, customs processing, or courier delays outside of our control.

Shipping:

Shipping times vary but generally take between 7-15 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Please allow for delays that are outside of our control. These include external factors such as weekends, holidays, weather, courier delays.

Shipping is free in France.

For all other EU countries and UK, shipping is available at a flat rate of 10€. A tracking number is provided once your order has been shipped.

Important Information:

We are not responsible for any customs clearance, or customs fees associated with your purchase.

We are not responsible if you input an incorrect or incomplete address. This results in the package being returned to sender – often this can take 4 – 6 weeks.

• If your order was legitimately unable to be delivered it will be returned to sender then we will contact you for a new shipping address. We will then reship your order for free.

 

If there is proof of delivery at the correct address, we are not liable for missing packages (as this is due to reasons out of our control, such as theft).
